Our free apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and other ad networks. By using our free Services, you acknowledge that ads may be personalized based on your device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use ad-blocking tools or methods to circumvent advertisements in our apps unless permitted by applicable law.
Some features may require payment or subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
Creators and brands using Influ Kaburlu agree to additional platform guidelines including honest disclosure of sponsored content, compliance with advertising regulations (including ASCI guidelines in India), and fulfillment of campaign obligations. Kaburlu Media acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for disputes between creators and brands unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Media production engagements are governed by separate project agreements outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These Terms apply generally unless superseded by a signed project contract.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (including Google AdMob, payment processors, and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KABURLU MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaburlu Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting support. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or app notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
